RWMS Clearance Process for Fall athletes-August 2012

Fall Athletic Clearance Process:

·         All athletes must meet with the athletic director

·         All athletes must have a completed physical (dated April 15, 2012 or after)

·         All athletes must have a completed emergency card

·         All athletes must have a signed Athletic Code of Conduct card (parent & student signatures required)

·         All 8^th grade athletes must have an eligibility check (Student must have passed 67% of 3^rd trimester 7^th grade classes.  Summer school classes will be considered for eligibility.)

Clearance Dates and Times:

TH,         August 16^th         9:00-3:00

TU,         August 21^st               9:00-3:00

WED,     August 22^nd              9:00-3:00

TH,         August 23^rd            9:00-3:00

MON,    August 27^th             9:00-2:00

Please call for a specific appointment or drop-in during one of these scheduled times.

*Pay to participate must be paid in full before any athlete may participate in a game/contest/meet.
